AI Day

AI in your firm, set up safely in a day.

Your people are already using AI, probably on their own accounts, with nobody checking what client data goes in. In one day on site, we set your firm up on a business AI plan with the right terms, write the policy with you, and train the people who'll lead it.

£2,750

plus VAT, fixed. Both founders, in your office, for the day.

Why firms do this now.

The SRA has moved from guidance to warnings.

It received 42 reports of possible AI misuse in a year and issued a warning notice in August 2026. Firms need to show which tools are used, with what client data, and who checks the output.

Free tools are the real risk.

An Upper Tribunal judge said putting client documents into a public AI tool breaches confidentiality and may waive privilege. Most breaches won't come from a tool the firm chose. They'll come from the free ones people use because nobody gave them anything better.

A ban doesn't work.

It just pushes the use out of sight. The answer is a safe tool, clear rules and people who know how to use it well.

One day, three things.

Before the day. A short call to understand how AI is already being used, who should be in the room, and which plan fits.

  1. The right plan, set up properly.

We help you choose a business AI plan, check its data terms with you, and set it up: who has access, what's switched on, and where data is processed. Your firm pays the provider directly. We take nothing from it.

  2. A policy people will follow.

We write a one page AI use policy with you: which tools are approved, what client data can go into them, what has to be checked, and who to ask. It's mapped to what the SRA, or your own regulator, expects.

  3. Your key people trained.

Hands-on sessions on real, anonymised work from your own files. What the tools do well, what they get wrong, how to check, and how to lead the rest of the firm.

After the day. A follow-up call a few weeks later to see what's working and what isn't.

What you leave with.

  • A business AI plan, set up with the right data terms and access.
  • A one page AI use policy, agreed with the partners.
  • A group of trained people who can lead the rest of the firm.
  • A clear answer if the SRA, a client or an insurer asks how your firm uses AI.

Which AI tools we recommend.

Whichever fit your firm. We often recommend Claude, and we're an Anthropic partner, which gives us access to training and resources we can bring to your people. It pays us nothing. If your firm already lives in Microsoft 365, Copilot may be the better fit, and we'll set that up instead. What matters most is the data terms, and we check them with you before anything is switched on.

Who it's for.

Firms of 5 fee earners and up whose people are already using AI, with or without a policy. It works on its own, or as the first step before an Assessment. In-house legal teams use it too, with the policy written to sit alongside the wider business.

What comes next, if anything.

Nothing has to. The day stands on its own. If it shows bigger questions about how the firm runs, an Assessment is the natural next step. If it shows the admin is the problem, automation is.

Priced before we start.

You work with the two founders.

Most technology companies approach legal as an opportunity. We approach it as a profession one of us came from, and an industry the other has spent thirty years building technology for.

Questions.

Is it really one day?

Yes, on site, with a short call beforehand to plan it. If you want more than 12 people trained, we add sessions on another day, priced before we start.

How many people can you train?

Up to 12 people on the day. We keep it to 12 so it stays practical and hands-on, working on real tasks from your own files, rather than turning into a lecture. We focus on the people who'll lead it, because they're the ones who make it stick across the firm.

Do we have to use Claude?

No. We recommend whatever fits your firm, including Microsoft Copilot.

Will our client data be used to train AI?

Not on a business plan with the right terms. We check them with you before anything is switched on.

Do you take a commission from the AI provider?

No. We're an Anthropic partner, and it pays us nothing. Your firm buys licences directly from the provider.

We're a small firm. Is this for us?

Yes. It works from 5 fee earners, and smaller firms often get the most from it, because there's nobody else whose job it is.
